A SEBA Technician will consult and gather all pertinent information regarding the outage and prepare an action plan.
Technician will determine if equipment can be repaired or a suitable replacement is required. Within one hour
Technician will restore company data from most current backup to the “repaired or replaced” equipment.
Technician will test all network devices such as routers, switches, firewall, etc… for any potential issues and will address them appropriately. This includes but not limited to software updates and hardware replacements.
Technician will ensure that all office computers are able to communicate with new server and when necessary machines will be re-joined to company domain.


SEBA Systems provides a flat rate project price for all emergency outages.
We provide a 30-day warranty that covers all labor charges after an outage is resolved. Once the 30-day warranty expires, a monthly flat-rate package for future ongoing support can be negotiated.
